Shipping Policy
Order preparation, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, tracking and resolution of shipping problems.
Order preparation
Orders may require payment verification, inventory allocation, inspection and packing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Weekends, holidays, unusually high volume or verification requests may extend preparation.
Service availability
We ship only to destinations supported by the live checkout. Some garment steamers, blades, sharp tools or electrical products may face carrier or regional restrictions. We may cancel an order when lawful or reliable delivery is unavailable.
Customer responsibility
Provide a complete name, street address, unit number, city, region, postal code and contact details. Review them before payment. Contact us immediately after ordering if correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete or refused address may be charged where permitted.
Shipping, tax and import costs
Available shipping prices appear before checkout completion. Depending on destination, import duties, taxes or brokerage charges may apply. Unless checkout states they are included, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or carriers.
Shipment updates
Tracking is provided when available. Carrier scans may take time to appear and can pause while parcels move between facilities or jurisdictions. A tracking estimate is not a guaranteed delivery appointment.
Events outside reasonable control
Weather, customs inspection, carrier congestion, transportation disruption, security events, public holidays and incorrect address information can delay delivery. We will provide reasonable assistance but do not control carrier or customs decisions.
Safe receipt
Monitor tracking and arrange secure receipt. Where permitted, carriers may deliver to a safe location, reception desk, parcel locker or authorized person. Inspect the parcel promptly and retain packaging if anything appears damaged or incomplete.
Lost, damaged or incorrect parcels
Contact us promptly with the order number, tracking information and relevant photographs. For visible damage, photograph the exterior, label, internal packaging and affected product. Carrier investigation and identity or address confirmation may be required.
Multiple parcels
An order containing different sewing tools, garment-care appliances or accessories may ship separately. Separate tracking numbers or delivery dates do not necessarily mean an item is missing.
Shipping policy is not return authorization
Delivery information does not authorize sending merchandise back to the origin, registered business address or carrier facility. Follow the Return & Refund Policy and obtain written instructions first.
Import review and local requirements
International parcels may be inspected, delayed or assessed by customs or another authority. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and compliance with local restrictions. We cannot declare an inaccurate value or describe merchandise improperly.
Electrical garment-care appliances may have regional voltage, plug or certification requirements. Review the product page before ordering; a destination being available at checkout does not itself confirm local electrical compatibility.
Refusal, failed delivery and return to sender
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned because of an incomplete address, unpaid import charge or repeated failed delivery, contact us. Any reshipment or refund will be considered after the parcel is received and reviewed. Original shipping, return transport or carrier charges may be deducted where lawful and where the failure was not caused by us.
Do not instruct a carrier to redirect a parcel to an unverified address without understanding that this can affect tracking, delivery evidence and claim eligibility.
Carrier investigation and customer cooperation
For a missing or damaged shipment, we may open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment provider. The customer may need to confirm non-receipt, provide photographs, preserve packaging or answer carrier questions within a specified period. Failure to preserve evidence can limit the available remedy.
A carrier scan marked delivered is relevant but not always conclusive. We review the full circumstances, including address accuracy, delivery image or signature, local carrier findings and applicable consumer law.
