Melverna and melverna.com are owned and operated by Beijing Youliangxiazi Technology Co., Ltd. Zhang Yanbao is the Owner and Representative. References to “we,” “us” and “our” identify that company unless otherwise stated.

Personal shopping and information

You may browse products, review garment-care and sewing information, place legitimate orders, contact support and use available account functions for lawful personal purposes. Limited printing or saving of order and policy information for personal records is permitted.

Conduct that is not allowed

You must not interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at a disruptive scale, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, misuse promotions, collect information about other users or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.
